How we compare
We check every competitor fact against the app's store listing, website or help centre, and list the sources at the bottom of each page. If we cannot verify something, we leave it out. Competitor prices are shown as listed on the US App Store or the developer's site, because UK prices are not published in one place; check the store on your phone for the current UK price.
Lift Proven is our app, so read these pages with that in mind. It is new, launched in October 2026, and has few reviews so far. Where another app is the better fit, such as Hevy for free social logging or Strong for simple logging, we say so.
