Partner terms

Who we are

Lift Proven is made by ARX Algorithms Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 17511371. Registered office: Office 21751, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA. ICO registration ZC284158. Email [email protected].

1. Your link and code

We create your partner account, link and code; there’s no self sign-up. New lifters who join through your link or code get one free month of Lift Proven Pro. It’s for new accounts only, one partner per lifter, and it can’t be added after a lifter’s first purchase. If a lifter came through a friend’s invite first, that invite counts instead.

2. What you earn

• 25% of net proceeds from each lifter you bring, for 12 months from their first paid payment.
• Net proceeds means what we receive: the price, less UK VAT (we take it as price ÷ 1.2) and the App Store or Google Play fee (15%), or the store’s own figures where they give them.
• Nothing is earned on free months, free trials, or payments after the 12 months or after the partnership ends.

3. The 60-day hold

Each commission becomes payable 60 days after the store payment it comes from, so refunds can come through first.

4. Refunds and chargebacks

If a payment is refunded or charged back before we’ve paid you for it, that commission is cancelled. If it happens after we’ve paid you, the amount is taken off your next payment.

5. Getting paid

• On the 1st of each month we make a list of what’s payable, and pay it by bank transfer during that month.
• The minimum payment is £25. Below that, your balance carries over to the next month.
• You give us your bank details once, privately, and we save you as a payee with our bank. We don’t keep bank details in the app or website.
• We pay in pounds. You’re responsible for your own tax and, if you’re VAT registered, for telling us so we can sort the right paperwork.

6. Your statement

You get a private link showing sign-ups, paying lifters, and money earned, held, paid and due next. It shows counts only: never names, emails or anything that identifies a lifter. Keep the link private.

7. How you share it

• No spam: no bulk messages, no buying lists, no posting where you’re not welcome.
• No misleading claims: don’t promise results, don’t say the app prevents injury, and don’t quote prices or offers other than ours.
• Say it’s an ad: if you earn from a post, label it clearly (for example #ad), as the UK advertising rules require.
• Don’t pretend to be Lift Proven, and don’t bid on “Lift Proven” in search ads.

8. Ending it

Either of us can end the partnership with 30 days’ notice by email. Commission on payments made before the end date is still paid as normal. If you break section 7 or try to game the scheme (for example signing yourself up), we can end it straight away and cancel commission linked to that.

9. Changes

We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email of any change to these terms. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
