These terms are between you and ARX Algorithms Ltd (company no. 17511371). Apple's standard end user licence agreement also applies to the iPhone app.

Training safely

Lift Proven gives general training guidance, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting if you have a health condition, are pregnant or recently gave birth, or are returning from injury. Stop if something hurts, and use spotters and safety bars. You train at your own risk.

Fair play

Only submit videos of your own lifts. Don't upload anything offensive or anything that shows other people without their permission. We can remove lifts, leaderboard places, crowns or accounts that break these rules.

Subscriptions and free months

Pro renews automatically through the App Store or Google Play until you cancel in your store account. Free months from invites are limited to 12 a year, have no cash value, and can be withdrawn if they're abused (for example, fake accounts).

Zero tolerance for abuse

There is no place in Lift Proven for abusive, hateful, sexual or offensive content, or for bullying or harassing other lifters, whether in names, messages, challenges or videos. Offensive names and messages are blocked automatically. You can report or block any lifter with the ⋯ next to their name. We review every report within 24 hours and remove the content, and the account that posted it, where it breaks these rules.

Challenges and prizes

Challenges, crowns and leaderboards are for fun. Unless we say otherwise, there are no prizes.
